Cool Pickle in Paradise

Party of 4. We all had the baked haddock with various sides. DELICIOUS!!! That is only my side of beans. Huge fresh salad. Linda our server was a great too. This could be my new favorite restaurant! Great music tonight.Update 4/3/2024 visit: this time the beans were warmed canned beans

This was our first time going to Cool Pickle.My sister got the Pickle Mac pizza, my mom got the bacon Cheeseburger, and I got the Wrangler burger. Absolutely all great! The French fries were some of the best, and the Cole Slaw is the best I've ever had.We sat at the bar where Stephanie was working. She was 100% on point. Super friendly, always smiling and laughing with the customers, she made sure everyone had their orders in, food in front of them, as soon as possible, and the drinks ready! Definitely worth the drive! I'll be making it more often! 100% recommended!!

I usually go for my lunch because the food comes out fast as well as delicious. I've made many friends while I was there eating at the bar. The specials are always good and there's a "meal special" for every day. I like that it's a locally owned place. The staff are friendly and fun. It's a great place to go!

Cool Pickle in Paradise! It was the name that captured my attention as I scrolled through my phone searching for a new dining experience. My family visited the restaurant last evening. As we approached the restaurant, we met a few patrons leaving. We asked them about the restaurant and their experience and they informed us they loved it. The atmosphere is very comfortable. There is a bar and dining area. The menu is filled with a fine variety of choices, ranging from sandwiches to full entrées. Our appetizers were two orders of mozzarella sticks. Those were excellent however there are only 3 to an order. At 6.95 a plate, that was a bit pricey. The sticks are larger than normal, so that helped, but I wish it would have been 4 instead. My oldest son tried the steak and cheese sandwich (Philly style) while my younger son joined my wife and me for the Haddock special. A generous portion of breaded fish with fries and coleslaw. All the entrées were excellent. Nicely sized portions. Just right. No leftovers. Our waitress was amazing. Extremely attentive and helpful. She refilled drinks and constantly checked on us. The cost of our meal was quite comparable to the other restaurants in the area. And we felt the cost of our meal was fair. It is advertised that live music often occurs, but we did not witness such. We had an amazing dining experience. We will return. Thanks very much to the owners and staff of the Cool Pickle. Continued success for them.

I had the fish and chips and it was very yummy. My grandkids had bacon hamburgers which they said were the best. Service was fast and food was out quickly. The coleslaw was under whelming, not to my taste buds.

Bomb cheese mozzerella sticks!!! We sat at the bar with Christine and she made a delicious Paloma for me (without looking up a recipe). My husband had the French dip and I had the Harbor wrap, both were mouthwatering and delicious, generous portions with a reasonable price! Sweet potato fries were crisp and fresh, did I mention the cheese sticks? Best I’ve ever had!

No complaints on food. I called the week before to make a reservation for Monday. They mentioned that they are not taking reservations. So a group of 12 of us went that came by boat there to be asked if we had a reservation as it was bingo night. Fortunately, there was outdoor seating scattered about, and they assigned us a great server that made things go smoothly. Lessons learned for customer and owner, both have to be clear.

If you're looking for something delicious and relatively cheap, this is it.We tried the 1/2 lb burger, and it was fantastic. The new steak and cheese sub is about equal. Chili fries are loaded and delicious. The fried pickles were great!I took some pictures but we were already about halfway through eating. I don't know why this place has such a low rating - our experience was excellent.
